Why we collect it
To answer your request and prepare options with our carriers. Technical data keeps the site working, fast and free of spam. We do not sell your information to anyone.
Text messages
If you check the SMS box, we may text you about your request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop the texts.
Who sees it
Our staff, and the carriers we send your request to so they can offer coverage. Our website host stores the site and your request.
Service providers
Each one gets only what it needs:
Site analytics: pages viewed, device and browser, speed measurements, and a session cookie that expires after 30 minutes. No recordings, no keystrokes.
PostHog: counts how many people reach each step of the form. It gets the form type, the language and whether the lookup worked. Never anything you typed.
Cloudflare Turnstile: your IP address and device signals, to check you are a person and not a bot.
FMCSA (U.S. Department of Transportation): the DOT or MC number you type, to look up your company.
NHTSA (U.S. Department of Transportation): the VIN you type, to look up your vehicle.
Resend: delivers the email with your request to our agency.
How long we keep it
As long as we need it to serve you, and as long as Texas insurance rules require.
